01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the JettBuz platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JettBuz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

JettBuz may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

JettBuz supports deposits and withdrawals through approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). JettBuz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

Deposits are credited to your JettBuz wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of the request. JettBuz reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the JettBuz account.
